We offer our customers a guided fish-based menu,  courses vary according to season and availability. Children’s menus and meat dishes are indicated separately for those who wish.

The dishes are, in part, classic recipes of the Italian tradition and, in particular, Ligurian (pasta and risotto with seafood, mixed fried fish, but also cappon magro, stoccafisso brandacujon and fish soup), in part, new recipes according to my inspiration (eg shrimp with kadaif paste and gorgonzola cream, gnocchi with shrimp and carpaccio of black truffle, scallops scalded with pistachio cream).
