We offer our customers a  menu based on fish, which courses vary depending on the season and availability; those who prefer can choose part of the menu according to their needs. Children’s menu and meat dishes are shown separately for those who want to order it.

The dishes are, in part, classic recipes of the Italian tradition and, in particular, Ligurian (pasta and risotto with seafood, mixed fried fish, but also cappon magro, stoccafisso brandacujon and fish soup), in part, new recipes according to my inspiration (eg shrimp with kadaif paste and gorgonzola cream, gnocchi with shrimp and carpaccio of black truffle, scallops scalded with pistachio cream).
